In the year 2009 also, Bosowa Corporation was increased the strengthening its position in the infrastructure sector through the acquisition of JORR W1 (Marga Utama Nusantara Company). With this acquisition, Bosowa through Nusantara Infrastructure as subsidaries be the biggest national private company in toll road.

in 2010, Bosowa Corporation faced with a full sense of optimism and enthusiasm to further develop its business. Bosowa increasingly convinced that future success will be achieved. Therefore, some strategy  which will be developed are  build & capitalize corporate brand, grow sustained business portfolio, leverage network, nurture competitive market (competitor, channel & consumer) insights, healthy institutionalize disciplined financial structure & execution, attract, develop & retain the right knowledge workers, promote conducive working environment.
