Bosowa Corporation believes the existence of a solid and reputable corporation relies in the way a company conducts their business and work activity. As part of a prerequisite for the application of the Good Corporate Governance principles, since 2007 the company has enforced standard ethical rules for business and work activities to all employees. The Business and Work Code of Conduct covers the following conduct policies: Statement of Compliance with Laws and Regulations, Employee Safety and Health, Environmental Compliance, Community Services, Employee Confidentiality, Equal Work Opportunity, Harassment Free Work Environment, Protection and Proper Use of Company Assets, Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace, Use of Third Parties and Agents, Confidential and Price Sensitive information, Honest and Ethical Conduct, Accuracy and Integrity of Books and Records, Avoidance of Conflict and Interests, Gifts and Entertainment, and Political and Religious contributions. All Shareholders, Management, Staff and Employees, and Business Partners of the Company are obliged to comply with this Business & Work Code of Conduct, and every member of the Company’s organization shall have personal responsibility to promote the Business & Work Code of Conduct. |
