Through PT Bosowa Resources, Bosowa is expanding aggressively in the mining Industry by Improving Its existing business and exploring new prospective projects. The division already delves in preparing an area for drilling and exploding since 1997on a 3.2 hectares limestone area, as well as clay mining on a 450 Ha area, to supplement the Bosowa cement plant in Eastern Indonesia. Currently the group is exploring new venture in coal, nickel and tin to further expanding its investment in the mining sector.
HEAVY EQUIPMENTS Bosowa provides heavy machineries rental service for the Government or private companies from small to large scale projects. As the heavy machinery technology keeps progressing and entering Indonesia, the Heavy Equipment division would also step up its service, and complement its fleet in accordance with the target market in order to strengthen the heavy machineries rental service. MARBLE Mining of limestones is also one of the mining activities that produce of 4,500 m2 per month of marble with various shapes, sizes and colors. With high quality limestone as the raw material, colorful marble are produced from natural limestone solidification process. AGRIBISNIS PT Bosowa Agro Industries assist farmers in the province of Maros to develop hybrid rice and corn for superior quality in cooperation with the Maros Regency and the Ministry of Agriculture. PALM OIL PT Bosowa Agro Industries is currently developing Palm Oil estates in South Sulawesi. SHRIMP & FISH FARMING PT Bosowa Issuma cultivates shrimp and fish farming since 1980s and market produce for local consumption. SEAWEED
Through PT Bantimurung Indah, Seaweed farming has been Bosowa’s champion in the agribusiness sector, as it steadily exports its produce to EU countries since 1980s. |
