In that same year, CV Moneter was incorporated into a limited liability company, under the name of PT Moneter Motor. In October 1980, PT Moneter Motor won similar exclusive rights to market and distribute the car makes of Mitsubishi Motors for the Eastern Indonesia Region. In that same year, PT Moneter Motor changed its name to PT Bosowa Berlian Motor, which marked a milestone in the beginning of the development of Bosowa Corporation. In line with the Company’s robust growth since 1980, Bosowa Corporation slowly but surely expanded to other business lines in addition to automotive, including cement, infrastructure, financial services, property, power generation and agribusiness.
