PT Bosowa Corporation

The Bosowa Foundation, on behalf of Bosowa Corporation and in cooperation with the Hasanuddin University, will be providing scholarship to outstanding South Sulawesi students to study at top universities in the US, namely Harvard, Yale, Stanford, MIT, Princeton and others.

In a MOU signing ceremony between Bosowa Foundation and Hasanuddin University in Makassar on December 20, 2008, the CEO of Bosowa Corporation, Mr. Erwin Aksa said that the Bosowa US Scholarship program is targeted at South Sulawesi’s potential high school graduates. “There are not many South Sulawesi students in US universities, therefore we aim to send 1 or 2 students to study in the near future” he said.
 
To be eligible for the scholarship program, potential students will have to pass the criteria stipulated by the Hasanuddin University and Entrance Test for US University and college. Bosowa Foundation will act as mentor for the candidate students to pass the necessary requirements.
